The resort provides an otherworldly experience with stunning desert views and attentive staff making every moment enjoyable. However, some aspects fell short, like the pool area, which felt overly crowded with families, and we faced delays during our room change that dampened our stay.

Ideal for family seeking adventure
The food was great! We tried almost all the restaurants, and Dulan at the steak place was really good, very professional yet made us feel right at home. The dune bashing was insane, never felt that thrill before and I have to admit it felt good to let loose with the family out there in the desert.

The breathtaking desert landscape provided a stunning backdrop for a truly memorable stay. The exceptional service from staff, especially at the Mediterranean restaurant, made dining a delight, showcasing local flavors like fresh falafel and aromatic spices. While the buggy wait times were notable, the effort to keep everything tidy with thoughtful touches like mats for toiletries was impressive. A fantastic choice for celebrating special occasions in a lush oasis.

The hotel features beautiful rooms, but the camel ride was disappointing.

The pool area was a wonderful place to relax.
We experienced quite a few frustrations during our stay. Upon arrival, the check-in process felt overwhelmingly disorganized, which was surprising for a high-end hotel. Our room was comfortable, yet it lacked blackout curtains, leading to early wake-ups each morning. Additionally, we found the various noise levels from children in the garden to be quite disruptive, which affected the overall atmosphere we were hoping for.

can just recommend for a couple of nights
Breathtaking views, attentive service, we were especially impressed by the scrumptious breakfast buffet with a wide variety that catered to all tastes, and the professional staff who were always eager to assist with our needs. The free wi-fi kept us connected during our stay.
No room for improvement.
